• Serving as Guest Editor in Infrastructure Special Issue on Geomaterials 

• Attended and presented in the largest Bridge Conference in NY. Nice opportunity to meet with the bridge engineers. 

• Presented in NYSETA Fall 2019 Conference in SUNY Canton. Fall Color is at its best here in Upstate!

• Received SUNY Poly Seed Grant 2019. Summer is here!

• Nice opportunity through ASCE - Syracuse Section to hear from Paul Mayne about In-Situ Testing and Geo-Physics. It was great indeed to meet Dr. Mayne in person!!

• Received Travel Grant to attend NSF funded Engineering Center for Bio-mediated and Bio-inspired Geotechnics (CBBG) Mid-Year meeting in Las Cruces, New Mexico.​

• ​Biggest meet of Geotechnical Professionals!! Geo-Congress 2019 in Philadelphia, PA.​

• Participated in NSF CAREER Proposal Writing Workshop in UAlbany.

• Attended Transportation Research Board's (TRB) 98th Annual Meeting in Washington, D.C.
